Voluthema Property Developer, owned by SIF Muntenia, approved the acquisition of the Floreasca Lake Office Building, in the Floreasca district of Bucharest, from the Floreasca Lake Sight company, owned by Florina and Bogdan Gruia, at a price of about EUR 5 million.
The office building has two basements with 21 parking spaces, and 6 above-ground floors with a leasable area of 3,595 sqm. The construction was completed in 2011. Until July 2017, the building was the headquarters of the Health Insurance House of Bucharest CASMB, after which it was leased, for a period of 5 years, to the Bulgarian supplier of products for the gambling industry, Euro Games Technology Romania.
