The Palas Campus Iași office complex, in which the Iulius group invests about EUR 120 million will be inaugurated next spring, as the project owner announces the completion of construction and the move to the arrangement stage, which is to be completed by the end of this year.
Palas Campus, consisting of six buildings, will provide tenants with about 60,000 sqm, of which 54,000 will be dedicated to office space, and 6,000 sqm will be for retail space, being the largest office complex in Romania.
The company’s representatives say that at the time of the official inauguration, all areas will be occupied by tenants, the most important being Amazon, with about 3,000 employees.
