Resi Capital S.A., a company belonging to the Cavatina Group S.A. capital group, has launched the sale of Premium apartments on the Odra River, in the center of Wrocław. Thus, 341 apartments of a very high standard, prepared as part of the multifunctional Quorum project in Szczepin in Wrocław, have hit the market. The Quorum complex is the largest mixed-use project in Lower Silesia. In addition to the 341 apartments from Resi Capital, it will include service and office spaces, supplemented with green and relaxation zones, so as to best meet the needs of the developing city and its inhabitants. The project is located in the very center of Wrocław, on the Odra River, at ul. Sikorski in Wrocław’s Szczepin.
The project provides for both studios and 2, 3 and 4-room flats – areas ranging from 25 to 79 sq m, from which there will be a panoramic view of the city. There is also an option to combine the premises for those interested in larger spaces. Each apartment will have a parking space. The offer will also include storage rooms.
Projects prepared by Resi Capital are distinguished by high quality, interesting architecture, energy efficiency and pro-environmental solutions. Like other facilities constructed by the company, the Quorum residential building will be assessed under the international BREEAM system – such an approach is not yet a standard on the Polish residential market, which is developing in this respect.
Work is underway on the construction of the Quorum residential tower. The architecture of the complex will make residential and office towers grow out of the common base. On the top, thirty-fifth floor of one of them, there will be an observation deck from which visitors will be able to admire the unique panorama of Wrocław and the surrounding area. The 140 m office tower will become the second tallest building in the capital of Lower Silesia. Commercial premises will be located on the ground floor of the Quorum buildings on the east, north and west sides. On the podium of the entire complex and on the fourth floor, terraces and green spaces were designed for all employees and residents. Moreover, on the south side of building D, on the opposite side of the street, there will be public green areas and a promenade.
