Businessman George Copos, owner of the ANA Hotels hotel group, wants to build a block of 48 luxury apartments near the Athénée Palace Hilton in Bucharest, on a 5,000 sqm plot of land already owned.
The project is designed as an aparthotel, so that the future owners of the apartments can benefit from the services provided by Athénée Palace.
“The construction starts when I have a budget. We don’t even have a building permit yet. First, let’s finish the investment in the renovation of the Athénée Palace Hilton, which will exceed EUR 40 million and which we will repay in 20-30 years “, said George Copos.
