Arkadiusz Kossakowski, manager in the Housing Investments team, will be responsible for supervising the implementation of NREP investments in this segment in Poland. He is the sixth expert employed in the Polish team of Living. Logicenters, the logistics division of NREP, also successfully completed several recruitments.
Arkadiusz Kossakowski will lead the development of projects as part of the Living business line in Poland. His tasks will include supervising the implementation of investments, defining and negotiating technical conditions, as well as defining and implementing sustainable development standards. Arkadiusz has over 12 years of experience in managing various types of projects and project teams in the real estate sector. Before joining NREP, he cooperated with international developers such as Matexi and Apsys. As Project Manager and Construction Team Manager, he has managed several significant housing projects, including multi-phase housing complexes. Arkadiusz Kossakowski obtained a master’s degree in civil engineering at the Olsztyn University of Technology, specializing in engineering structures. He is also a graduate of the MBA program at the Kozminski University in Warsaw. I am licensed to manage construction works and I am a certified Project Manager.
The Polish team of Living is implementing a plan to build a portfolio of premises offered in the professional lease formula, in accordance with the mission of providing modern, flexible and pro-ecological solutions on the rental market. “We believe that a strong local team is the basis of success. As part of the residential line, we have established three dedicated teams responsible for transactions, asset management and investment supervision. I am very pleased with the recruitment that has already ended, and we were joined by professionals who identify with the NREP mission. This is not the end of the development of the Polish team this year, further recruitment processes are underway,” said Maciej Piotrowicz, head of the NREP Housing Investments Department.
The investment team in the Living department currently consists of 4 people. Michał Cieślikowski was the first to work there, having many years of experience in top consulting companies such as Mc Kinsey and PwC. In April, Magdalena Terefenko, previously responsible for investment projects at Colliers, joined. NREP also welcomed new specialists in the logistics team, incl. Aleksandra Słowińska, who previously supervised investments at Cushman & Wakefield and JLL.
