The Czech group Accolade of billionaire Milan Kratina is investing over six billion crowns in another three industrial buildings in Cheb with a total area of 145,000 square meters.
At the beginning of the summer, the construction of a hall in the Cheb Industrial Park began, and two more halls have been growing in the Cheb South complex on the site of the former engineering works since the end of last year.
Accolade already has 250,000 square meters of industrial and logistics space in the region, the value of which is more than five billion crowns. The group plans to have another almost 260,000 square meters of industrial space here in the future, for example in Karlovy Vary.
“I still remember well the time when the Karlovy Vary region did not figure in the plans of investors and tenants. Today it is quite the opposite and I am glad that we managed to reverse this mindset and start a new industrial era in the region. there are already other industrial parks in the process of planning and permitting,” said Kratina.
The Accolade Group started operating in the Karlovy Vary Region in 2013. According to the company, the Cheb Industrial Park is worth 4.3 billion crowns. Cheb South was completed in 2020.
The Accolade Group has been operating on the market for ten years and, in addition to the Czechia, in five European countries. Owns a network of 47 industrial parks with 142 tenants with an area of two million square meters.
