The Topolinski family, through the Skylight Residence company, received the authorization to demolish the buildings on the former Aversa industrial platform in the Obor neighborhood of Bucharest. On the land of about 10 hectares, the company plans to build a large residential complex.
The project envisages the construction in five stages of a residential complex, with high blocks of 9, 11, 15, 17, 18, 20, 22, 25 floors, a shopping center, but also nine ten-storey office towers. The first phase provides for the construction of seven apartment buildings, with the highest block of 17 floors and a total of 620 apartments.
