Marc D. Kleiner, of Kleiner Law Group in Miami, represented buyer J.J.D. of Palm Beach Limited in the purchase of the Kaufman Lynn Construction headquarters building in Delray Beach, Florida for $10.3 million. The deal is a sale leaseback with a 15-year lease.
The building consists of 22,036 rentable square feet on 1.7 acres and is located just west of Interstate 95 on South Congress Avenue. It is certified by the Green Globes, a nationally recognized green-rating assessment.
“This was a quick transaction,” stated Kleiner. “We worked collaboratively with the seller’s counsel to complete all the necessary documents to get this closed quickly.”
Kleiner has more than 20 years of legal experience in the industrial, commercial lending and multifamily residential sectors. In addition, he handles a variety of real estate needs for clients, including property tax valuation appeals.
