Develia has started the construction of the Cynamonowa Vita estate with 114 apartments in Wrocław, the company said.
“Cynamonowa Vita is one of our newest investments in Wrocław. Thanks to the cozy atmosphere, good communication infrastructure and the proximity of green and recreational areas, the project met with great interest among customers. Since the launch in March, we have already found buyers for 15% of the offered premises. Buyers especially appreciate the fact that a modern elementary school and a kindergarten are planned to be built right next to the estate,” said Andrzej Oślizło, the president of Develia.
The investment is being built in the northern part of Wrocław at ul. Cynamonowa on Lipa Piotrowska. The three-story buildings will house a total of 114 apartments with various layouts and sizes – from regular two-room apartments with an area of 38 m2 to nearly 140-meter apartments with five rooms.
Completion of the construction works is scheduled for the 1st quarter of 2024.
