Tattersall Lorenz to manage the “Zwillinge” in Potsdam’s Brunnen Viertel

Tattersall Lorenz Immobilienverwaltung und -management GmbH (Tattersall Lorenz) has received a further mandate by Berlin Income One for the commercial and technical property management of an office property in Potsdamer Brunnen Viertel.

The new four-storey complex at Brunnenallee 2/Sophie-Alberti-Strasse 3 comprises two sections, hence its name the “Zwillinge” (Twins). It provides around 7,500 square metres of floor space, which is fully let to the public sector. The property includes a 108-space underground car park.

Tattersall Lorenz’s Berlin office team will be managing the property. Its director, Lars Zimmermann, comments: “Receiving the property management instruction for the ‘Zwillinge’, following our first commission in the Brunnen Viertel, confirms that our work is valued. More than that, it’s a great incentive for us to continue providing our clients with the highest level of property management.”

Tattersall Lorenz has been managing a property at Sophie-Alberti-Strasse 1 in the Brunnen Viertel district of Potsdam, the state capital of Brandenburg, since the end of 2020. It provides 4,000 square metres of office and restaurant space.
