The Gdynia branch of Kuehne+Nagel has joined the group of tenants of 3T Office Park and will occupy the entire floor in the largest office building in Gdynia.
The Polish branch of Kuehne+Nagel has decided to lease 1,238 sqm of space on the 5th floor in the highest, middle tower of 3T Office Park. The building is not only the largest among Gdynia’s office buildings, but also the largest among such buildings put into use in Poland in the fourth quarter of 2021.
“We welcome a new tenant in 3T Office Park and at the same time another representative of the transport industry. Gdynia is a business and operational hub for broadly understood logistic services. The largest companies in the industry conduct their operations from here. They supply the local market with jobs and provide employees with the best possible conditions for action. The tenants of the Gdynia office building are also: Asseco Poland, Maersk Polska, Wartsila Poland, Medicover medical center, Eating Point restaurant and Little Einstein kindergarten and nursery. It is worth adding that the contract concluded in 2021 with Asseco Poland (lease of over 3,700 m2 on 3 floors of the office building) has been one of the largest transactions of this type in the northern part of Poland in recent years.
