Splash Sp. z o.o., the current tenant of Logistics Point Raszyn, operating on the market of wholesale trade in household appliances, has increased its lease area for an additional 800 sqm. At the same time, the lease agreement was extended for another 3 years. The total warehouse space leased by Splash is over 3,200 sqm.
Logistics Point Raszyn is an industrial park located at ul. Sokołowska 10 in Raszyn, on the outskirts of Warsaw. The property consists of 2 buildings with warehouses with a total GLA of 31,000 sqm. It is conveniently located near the S8 expressway exit, just 12 km from the city center.
“Logistics Point Raszyn is a perfect location for companies that focus mainly on serving the Warsaw agglomeration and appreciate a very good connection with the city. In the near future, we expect minor modernizations of the facility to improve the comfort of use by tenants. Logistics Point Raszyn’s tenants include Hellmann, Iglotex, LaMakeup, Medicover, Splash and Stella Pack. These are mainly logistics companies, wholesalers and companies from the e-commerce sector. Logistics Point Raszyn offers the last free warehouses with an area of approx. 3,000 sqm.
Logistics Point Raszyn, together with Logistics Point Piaseczno and City Point Targówek, are part of the property portfolio purchased by Peakside and Partners Group at the beginning of this year. After the modernization is completed, the facilities will be delivered to the market approx. 150,000 sqm of modern logistics space.
