Eveline Cosmetics, one of the largest cosmetics manufacturers in Poland, extended its cooperation with SEGRO and increased the leased warehouse space. As part of the new contract, the company moved to a newly built facility in SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn, where it occupies almost 8,500 sqm.
Eveline Cosmetics is the largest manufacturer and exporter of cosmetics and makeup in Poland. The brand was founded in 1983. In the company’s sales structure, exports account for approx. 70% of the revenue value, as its products are eagerly bought in Eastern and Central Europe, in the Balkans, and even in Korea, Finland, Iran and Saudi Arabia. The brand also joined the PETA organization in 2020, confirming that the company is guided by the cruelty free principle. Due to the high dynamics of development, Eveline Cosmetics decided to increase the leased space up to 8,500 sqm, moving to a new facility in SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn.
“We have been cooperating with SEGRO since 2010. The dynamic development of our business prompted us to expand the rented warehouse space in the SEGRO park and to move to a new facility within the park in Nadarzyn. We are very pleased with the possibility of increasing the space occupied so far within one logistics complex. A great advantage for us is its great location – it is located 5 km from the borders of Warsaw and Okęcie airport and in the immediate vicinity of the S8, which greatly facilitates our export logistics,” explains Michał Jedynak, Logistics Manager at Eveline Cosmetics.

In this case, the company not only extended the contract with us, but also additionally increased the occupied space. SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn is distinguished by a great location – it is located only 5 km from the administrative borders of Warsaw and near the airport in Okęcie. An additional advantage is the immediate vicinity of the national road No. 8 (DK8 – Białystok – Wrocław / Katowice) and the Paszków junction (connection of the Warsaw ring road S2 / S7 / S8 with the A2 motorway) and the distance of 4 km from DK 7 (Gdańsk – Kraków). The infrastructure of the complex is 37 ha of investment area, which includes wide internal roads, extensive maneuvering areas and parking lots for employees and clients. Everything is under the care of a dedicated SEGRO Property Manager.
