In Perl, Saarland, Logivest has brokered around 3,000 square meters of hall space to 4WHEELS Services GmbH. As of June 1, the service provider for professional tire and wheel management will move into a warehouse with 2,300 square meters on the Elm 1 and an adjacent hall section with around 750 square meters of office, social and other storage space. The lessor is Karl Fixemer GmbH & Co. KG.
The services for wheel logistics are in demand: 4WHEELS is already represented at over 75 locations with its services and wheel hotels. The expansion course will be continued, which is why 4WHEELS was looking for a suitable property for another wheel hotel in the border triangle of Germany, France and Luxembourg. Logivest found the right logistics hall in Perl in the Perl-Borg business park. Here the wheels are professionally stored for the seasonal change and subjected to extensive care and inspection processes.
Deliveries are made via two ground-level gates at the front of the logistics hall. In the adjoining warehouse, which also houses the office and social rooms, deliveries are made via four loading ramps. With 1,500 square meters of open space in front of the hall, there is enough space for maneuvering and parking the trucks.
Last but not least, the property impresses with its location: you only need one kilometer to the A8, and Luxembourg Airport is less than 30 kilometers away. “The location is ideal for 4WHEELS Services GmbH to serve its customers in the border areas with France and Luxembourg, because both countries are just three kilometers away,” explains Jürgen Leonhardt, who works as a Consultant Industrial & Logistics Letting at Logivest Saarland supervised. “We are pleased that we were able to broker this logistics hall, because there are not many suitable properties on the market so close to Luxembourg.”
