CCC Group, one of the largest European companies and market leaders in omnichannel retail sales on the footwear market, has chosen the MidPoint71 office building for its new headquarters in Wrocław. The tenant has leased nearly 2,000 sq m. of space and will start work in the third quarter of 2022.
The fourteen-storey MidPoint71 office building developed by Echo Investment is located a short distance from the center of Wrocław, at 9 Powstańców Śląskich Street. The investment offers a total of nearly 37,000 sq m. modern office space. The group of tenants who chose this new address on the office map of Wrocław will soon be joined by the Polish footwear brand, Grupa CCC. The company will occupy nearly 2,000 sq m. surface.
“Modern office space in a central, well-connected part of the city is invariably one of the most important criteria when choosing a new location. The center of the most important events, access to many city amenities and service points, high standard of the building extended with technologies that increase safety and elegant architecture – this is what distinguishes the MidPoint71 investment. We are convinced that the choice of this location will translate into comfortable and attractive conditions for the implementation of professional goals by employees of the CCC Group,” says Katarzyna Kubicka, regional director in the commercial projects department of Echo Investment.
The CCC Group is the largest Polish manufacturer of footwear and the leader of the Polish retail market. The company has existed since 1999 and is present in 29 countries of Central and Eastern Europe. It owns brands such as CCC, eobuwie.pl, HalfPrice, DeeZee and Modivo. The company employs over 13,000 people.
