Europa Ubezpieczenia chooses Wrocław’s Quorum for office space in the first building of the Cavatiny Holding complex in Wrocław, which is being built on the banks of the Oder. The finished turnkey space is scheduled for commissioning in the first quarter of 2023.
Multifunctional space on the bank of the Oder, convenient location, interesting, good architecture, greenery and a unique view of the panorama of the center of Wrocław – this is how you can briefly describe the Quorum complex belonging to Cavatina Holding. The 6-storey Quorum D, which is about to be completed, will offer future tenants over 16,000 sqm Class A office space. The building will include numerous amenities, such as parking spaces for over 280 vehicles, as well as an internal green patio that will allow you to relax during the working day. It is here for over 1,900 sqm of space, Europa Ubezpieczenia will create its new, comfortable work space.
We decided on the Quorum complex because we want to provide Europeans with the most comfortable working conditions. While browsing the commercial real estate market in Wrocław, we were looking for an extraordinary office building that would stand out in terms of location, finishing standard and amenities. Our goal is to create a modern, friendly and ecological office, fully tailored to the post-pandemic requirements of users. Ecological responsibility was also a very important aspect in the process of selecting a new location. That is why we wanted a building with the highest certification and numerous solutions that reduce the impact on the natural environment,” says Rafał Wawrzon, director of the IT and Administration Department at Europa Ubezpieczenia.
Europa Ubezpieczenia consists of two insurance companies – property TU Europa and life TUnŻ Europa – operating on the Polish market for over 25 years. The company specializes in insurance solutions created for the needs of business partners, primarily banks and other financial entities. Europa has its headquarters in Wrocław, where it employs over 300 people. Later this quarter, Cavatina plans to complete construction works on the building and, after obtaining an occupancy permit, will begin to prepare the space for the individual needs of tenants.
