Globalworth, the owner and manager of Tryton Business House in GdaĆsk, has prolonged a number of lease contracts with tenants including EY, Eltel Networks, UPC and PGS Software for a total area of 3,600 sqm. The office complex is also undergoing a metamorphosis to make it even more modern and comfortable.
Globalworthâs GdaĆsk properties are much appreciated by their tenants. Over the last few months, EY (547 sqm), Eltel Networks (1,029 sqm), UPC (166 sqm) and PGS Software (1,878 sqm) have all prolonged their leases.
âTenants appreciate our manager/owner business model, which means that they can work with the owner of the building on every level and at every stage of the contract. To this can be added a superb location in the centre of GdaĆsk next to the Old Town and a rapidly developing new district on the site of the former shipyards with good transportation connections and high-quality office space. In the near future, we are also planning such things as to renovate the common areas,â says Maciej GoĆÄbiewski, Asset Management & Leasing Director.
It is not going to end with just visual changes, Tryton Business House is also going to be enriched with further facilities. In March, Elocity electric vehicle charging stations were installed in the building as well as E-ON electric bicycle and scooter stations. It is also planned for tenants to receive a dedicated Globalworth app, with which their employees will have touchless entry to their offices, and will be able to call lifts with their smartphones, lift the barriers to the car park, book conference rooms and reserve parking spaces.
âOver five years ago we decided to locate our GdaĆsk office in Tryton because we wanted to create the best possible working conditions for our employees at PGS Software. Even though our work model has diametrically changed during this time and hybrid work has now taken permanent root with us, the importance of the office as a place to meet has only risen in importance. Our office has excellent communications and is woven into the fabric of the city with hotel and entertainment services being but a few minutesâ walk away. This is of no small importance to the environment and is appreciated by both the employees and clients of PGS Softwareâ says Grzegorz Widziszowski, Head of Development at PGS Software.
Tryton Business House is a modern office complex offering 25,500 sqm of high-quality office and service space. It is situated in one of GdaĆskâs most recognisable locations â on ul. The complex is BREEAM certified at the âExcellentâ level and is 100% powered by green-sourced energy.
The central location of Tryton Business House provides it with excellent access to public transport (buses, trams) and thus easy access to other parts of the city. The building is located only about 20 minutes by car from GdaĆsk Lech WaĆÄsa Airport. It also has an underground car park with 262 parking spaces and facilities for cyclists: covered bicycle stands and changing rooms with showers.
