The third stage of the construction of the Bydlení Úvaly residential project was successfully completed and approved at the beginning of this year. All 20 family houses from the architectural studio Architekti Headhand, led by Petr Hlaváček, were sold before completion and have been gradually handed over to new owners since April.
“Our intention is to build a diverse range of residential real estate, following the adjacent development and the landscape, which also includes civic amenities. After the first two stages, which included 68 flats, we launched the third stage with twenty family houses, which already had their owners before completion,” says Michael Odvárko, CEO of Hostín Development, which is behind the project, and continues, “We are happy that we responded to the current market demand and supplemented the offer with family housing that uses environmentally friendly and environmentally friendly materials and modern technologies for 21st century housing, such as an intelligent control unit, a central controlled ventilation system with heat recovery or underfloor heating. These technologies were supplied by a single supplier, the Czech company JABLOTRON, with the possibility of convenient control via a mobile application and possible addition of other devices to one system.”
The investment manager, Arcona Capital intends to continue the construction of the residential project Bydlení Úvaly on 65 hectares of land in the coming years. “We want to create a full-fledged city district, not another satellite, but a lively city with everything that goes with it,” explains Michael Odvárko. For example, OC Billa is already in the vicinity of the project, and civic amenities, such as shops and services or places for leisure and sports activities, are also planned in the next stages. And not only that. The construction of a new union primary school is planned for the land provided by the investor to the town of Úvaly, which will serve not only Úvaly, but also the adjacent municipalities that are actively involved in its preparation (Dobročovice, Přišimasy, Zlatá, Sibřina, Květnice).
