Talyo Property Services (Talyo), a subsidiary of TATTERSALL LORENZ (Tattersall Lorenz) Immobilienverwaltung und -management GmbH specialising in residential property management, has received an additional instruction from Grünwalder Investment- und Assetmanagers KGAL.
Talyo is taking over the commercial and technical property management of a portfolio in Leipzig for KGAL. The portfolio comprises 227 residential and 14 commercial units, situated at Friedrich-Ebert-Str. 14/16, Max-Liebermann-Str. 49-57 and in the “Siebengrün” district of Leipzig-Gohlis. The latter is the partly-listed former Theodor Körner barracks, which was converted into a residential neighbourhood in the period up to 2013. Other apartments in the portfolio, which also includes 288 parking spaces, are situated at Rosa-Luxemburg-Str. 6 in Leipzig Zentrum-Ost.
Martin Henke, managing director of Talyo, comments: “Leipzig is not just the second-largest city in East Germany: it has a centuries-long tradition as a trade fair location and is now an industrial hotspot, featuring numerous well-known companies. This is why we opened a branch in the city last year. Our staff there will now fulfil KGAL’s instruction directly on site, ensuring the highest quality of service.”
Talyo currently manages 10,900 units across Germany. It plans to expand its portfolio to around 20 to 25,000 residential units by 2025, including apartments in the student housing and serviced apartment segments.
