Kruk Investimenti s.r.l. based in Milan concluded an agreement for the purchase from Unicredit SpA based in Milan of a portfolio of unsecured consumer loans with a nominal value of up to EUR 350 million (PLN 1.62 billion according to the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland of April 15, 2022), created in the period from Q1 2022 by the end of 2022, reported Kruk.
The receivables will be purchased in four tranches, according to the announcement.
In mid-March this year. Kruk informed that it had learned about Unicredit’s positive decision to conclude an agreement with Kruk Investimenti to purchase this portfolio.
Kruk is the largest debt management company in Poland. The company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2011.
