River Development, controlled by the businessman Ion Rădulea, expects to obtain the building permit in August to start the works on the second office building within the mixed real estate project The Light in the Politehnica area of Bucharest.
The building, called The Light Two, will have 15 floors and a leasable area of 28,589 sqm, one-third larger than the first office building completed and sold by River Development a year ago.
“Currently, we are in the construction permit phase and we expect to complete this phase in August of this year. The Light Two building is of interest and we have ongoing discussions with potential tenants for the entire leasable area, “said Ingrid Băltărețu, River Development’s communications director.
