Entrepreneur Andrei Iușuț, the former owner of the Divan restaurant group, is preparing the documents for the construction of a block of flats with about 180 apartments behind the former Prosper Plaza shopping center in Bucharest, in the Sebastian area. This is his biggest real estate project, after his launch in this sector in 2018.
Andrei Iușuț, together with his wife, bought the land of about 2,000 sqm last year, in a transaction valued at EUR 1.4 million. The former landowners have developed a Zonal Urban Plan for this site since 2011, with the aim of building a block of flats, but the plans were not completed.
