The real estate consulting company SVN Romania consolidates its management team by co-opting within the management team of Ionuț Petcu, who will coordinate the activity of SVN Romania carried out on the segments of office space, retail and on the segment of logistics and industrial spaces.
The real estate consultant has over 17 years of experience on the local market, having previously held the position of Head of Land at the real estate consulting firm Knight Frank and senior consultant at Colliers International.
