Cristiana Rosu will be part of the business leaders mix to speak at CEDER Conference on 26th of May, at Radisson Blu Hotel, in Bucharest.
After graduating from the British University of Warwick, majoring in Finance and Accounting and getting her master’s degree in Management from London’s Cass Business School, Cristiana Roșu worked in several financial institutions such as UniCredit, BRD and Piraeus. She took over RADOX’s Romanian operations in 2011, doubling the turnover in a few years as well as making it profitable.
During the last couple of years, Cristiana began a journey towards RADOX’s digital transformation: implementation of UiPath robots to automate order processing, an automated ticketing system for the service area and an automated system for order taking in the acquisition department. The digital transformation efforts will continue. Next on the list is a chatbot for the online store, www.radox.ro, a company-wide CRM, automating simple accounting recordings and implementing a warehouse management system.
Cristiana’s short-term plans include growing the green solutions portfolio for heating and cooling, focusing strongly on heat pumps and underfloor heating, as well as implementing automated systems for workflows.
