Develia sold 603 flats in the first quarter of this year. based on developer and preliminary agreements, compared to 580 apartments in 2021, which means an increase by 4% year-on-year. The company delivered 186 flats as compared to 393 flats a year earlier.
The developer concluded 94 reservation agreements, a significant part of which will be converted into development agreements in the near future – at the end of Q1 2021, there were 157 of them.
“The level of apartment sales in the first quarter is comparable to the beginning of last year, which was a record for developers. Despite the fact that the current market conditions are more demanding and, additionally, the geopolitical situation is uncertain, we achieved a very good result. This was mainly due to the wide offer, which we significantly increased at the turn of the year. Only in the first quarter of this year, we introduced over 1,200 apartments for sale. Currently, clients can choose from nearly 2,200 units available in Develia’s offer, which is our distinguishing feature in a situation where many developers have problems with the supply of flats,” says Andrzej Oślizło, president of Develia.
In the first quarter of this year. the largest number of flats found buyers in the projects Aleje Praskie in Warsaw and Centralna Park in Krakow.
