Jana Machourková manages P3’s marketing activities in the Czechia, Slovakia and now Romania

The agenda of P3 marketing manager Jana Machourková is expanding with a new market. Until now, she managed the marketing activities of the investor, developer and industrial real estate manager P3 in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and is now responsible for the market in Romania. In addition, she organized international events as part of her specialization.

Jana Machourková joined team P3 during the first wave of covid two years ago. The beginning was all the more difficult because she entered the field of industrial real estate, which was completely new to her. For the previous 12 years, it has been operating in the automotive industry. The three-month internship at Volkswagen in Braunschweig was a great starting position for a career at Škoda Auto, where she spent years mainly at trade fairs and later as a Senior Project Manager for all events and sponsorships. She has already joined MAN Truck & Bus as Head of Marketing, where she spent over 3 years before deciding on a radical change. “I am grateful to Brendan Donnellan for the opportunity to get to know industrial real estate. The field, which I approached with great respect, thrilled me immensely, and as my personal mission, I set out to educate the public and my surroundings about its benefits. Especially during the pandemic, it was clear that we play a key role in supply chains and, thanks to the quality of the background, e-shops can distribute food, medicines and other goods to consumers quickly and reliably, ”explains Jana Machourková.

As soon as exhibitions and fairs resumed after the first waves of the pandemic, Jana Machourková used her experience in international event management. The presentation of P3 at the Expo Real 2021 trade fair in Munich bet not only on minimalism but also on a daring dose of living greenery, which has taken up more and more space in industrial parks in recent years. P3 was also a success at the recent MIPIM trade fair in Cannnes.

Together with the Czech team, he devotes the greatest effort to the P3 Ostrava Central project. A modern commercial and industrial district is being built on the Vítkovice brownfield under the leadership of P3, which has the ambition to determine the direction of industrial development for the next decade. “I am very glad that Tomáš Míček allowed me to be a part of the P3 Ostrava Central team. I traveled to Ostrava regularly with Škoda Auto as part of my participation in the NATO Days, later I visited the Ostrava branches of MAN, and now I have the opportunity to create really great projects in Ostrava again, ”says Jana Machourková. Last year, the launch of the park was shortlisted by the Czech PR Lemur Awards, an unconventional story B2B video began to be shot, which combines feature footage with advanced computer animation, and a series of preventive-educational meetings, You Live the Heart, was organized for the general public. “I have been working on the cooperation with the non-profit organization Loono for a long time, and in the case of the Ostrava park, which is in the heart of the city and where we all go with our hearts, it fits in perfectly,” says Jana Machourková.

As an investor and developer of industrial real estate, P3 operates in 11 European countries, with the company’s headquarters in Prague. “The bar of the P3 marketing presentation is set high in the Czech Republic. The Slovak market also has potential and I am not afraid that we will not get to interesting projects in Romania, “concludes Jana Machourková.
