The developer Eden Capital Development wants to deliver about 900 homes in projects whose construction has already started in Bucharest. For these development plans, the company has announced that it will allocate a substantial budget of over EUR 100 million.
Currently, the developer is working in parallel at the construction of 2 premium housing complexes (Cortina North and Cortina 126), in the north of Bucharest.
“In addition to the projects we started, we also bought a plot of land in the northern part of Bucharest where we will build a new complex, with a unique concept and super-luxury facilities,” said Elena Dumitrache, the company’s sales director.
