SPEEDWELL is the newest tenant at the MIRO Offices as this becomes the company’s headquarters.The MIRO is an A class office project developed by SPEEDWELL.
SPEEDWELL has leased a total surface of 630 sqm in the MIRO building. Apart from the space upgrade, MIRO was designed with a focus on the well-being of the employees. It has received a BREEAM Excellent certification, as well as a WELL PLATINUM one.
MIRO is 88 percent leased to date. Alongside SPEEDWELL, MIRO has brought together a reputable list of names, such as KPMG, ROVERE MOBILI, COS, EATON, NEOCLINIQUE, STRADALE and MITZU.
