Dieter Babiel and Andreas Schmitz became managing directors of Erbud Holding Deutschland, which oversees German companies from the Erbud Group: IVT Weiner + Reimann and IKR (industrial service providers) and Erbud Holding Shared Services (service provider for MOD21 GmbH), Erbud reported. The new directors will report directly to the management board of the Erbud Group in Warsaw.

Until now, Dieter Babiel was director of strategic development and HR Erbud in Germany, previously he was, inter alia, the president of the Main Association of the German Construction Industry or the head of HR departments in international corporations. Andreas Schmitz is the current managing director of GK Erbud in Germany: IKR GmbH based in Bitterfeld and IVT Weiner + Reimann GmbH from Oberhausen.
Erbud Holding Deutschland GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of Erbud S.A. The company oversees the German companies of the Erbud Group: IVT Weiner + Reimann GmbH and IKR GmbH (providers of high-quality industrial services) and Erbud Holding GmbH Shared Services (service provider for MOD21 GmbH), explained.
In January 2022, Erbud announced the change of the name of GWI – a company with over 25 years of experience on the German market – and its inclusion in the structures of the MOD21 start-up, specializing in the construction of wooden modular facilities: hotels, office buildings, dormitories, hospitals, buildings utilities, it was recalled.
The Erbud Group is a Polish construction group that provides services in the residential, commercial, public utility, engineering, road and energy sectors in Poland and European countries. It has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2007. In 2020, it had PLN 2.23 billion of consolidated revenues.
