PSN brought the Na vinici House project in Prague’s Vinohrady to the rough construction phase. There are a total of 27 flats in layouts, 1 + kk to 3 + kk, most with a balcony or front garden. A third of them have already found new owners. Commissioning is planned for the summer of this year.
In the chamber project Vila dům Na Vinici, the developer completed the construction of the reinforced concrete structure and has now started to install the windows. The lining of apartment partitions continues and the distribution of technical equipment is installed. Of course, the work is also progressing outdoors, specifically on facades and landscaping. The general contractor of the construction is the company POHL cz. PSN plans to approve the building this summer, with new residents expected to move in early 2023.
“We are pleased that the construction is still going according to plan – despite all the unfavorable factors that have hit the entire real estate market in recent months, such as extreme rising building materials and labor shortages,” said PSN Development Director Štěpán Smrčka. “Thanks to its great location within easy reach of the popular Grébovka Park, functional technologies for maximum comfort and elegant design with the use of natural materials, we are very interested in the project. At present, we have sold around 30% of the units. ”
In Perucká Street in Prague 2, 27 flats with a size of 27 to 73 m2 and layouts from 1 + kk to 3 + kk will be built. Most of them have a balcony or front garden. They will include controlled ventilation with recuperation, and on the top floor there will be preparation for air conditioning. There will also be garage parking spaces located in the basement of the house. There will also be cellar storage spaces for future residents.
