Didier is the CEO and Partner for Speedwell, a full-service real estate development company with a focus on medium to large scale residential, office, and retail projects in Romania.
At the moment, Speedwell has a large portfolio of projects in Romania, in various stages of development such as RECORD PARK, THE IVY, TRIAMA RESIDENCE, MIRO, THE MEADOWS, PALTIM and RIVERSIDE CITY.
Furthermore, in 2021, Speedwell started the process of purchasing a 9-hectare land plot with the purpose of developing a mixed-use ensemble in Bucharest, on Calea Grivitei.
Speedwell has also launched its first new industrial project in 2021, SPACEPLUS, offering extra storage space to SMEs that are expanding their business.
