Immofinanz is entering the coworking space market with the mycowork brand, a component of myhive flexible offices. The concept of flexible myhive offices was implemented in 2020 in Vienna and later extended to other European cities, such as Warsaw and Budapest.
In Bucharest, the first mycowork space was arranged in the myhive S-Park building, on an area of 465 sqm.
