FLYR’s will move to its new offices at Ocean Office Park in Kraków

FLYR Labs, an international software technology company specializing in revenue management solutions for airline operations, has chosen Ocean Office Park A for its new headquarters in Kraków. Cavatina Holding will prepare 2,200 sqm of modern office space to serve FLYR as a friendly and inspiring working environment.
FLYR’s 100-person Polish team is a part of a global force of software engineers and experts specializing in data management. The company attracts, above all, people who are curious about the world and who like to make a change – in this case, a change in the way data is processed and intelligently used. FLYR’s goal is to create a comfortable working space, boosting cooperation with other teams in different countries and with employees working remotely. Cavatina Holding is responsible for the entire process of designing and preparing an office that meets the needs of the new tenant. FLYR plans to move into Ocean Office Park A in July 2022.

Ocean Office Park A is the first building of a mixed-use complex being constructed in Krakow’s Zabłocie district. The office building, to be completed in the second quarter of 2021, offers about 13,000 sqm of modern office space and 204 parking spots in an underground garage on two levels. In addition to a parking area dedicated to bicycles, an extensive infrastructure for cyclists – including locker rooms and showers – will be provided. Thanks to the use of energy-efficient and environmentally friendly solutions, the complex has been certified with BREEAM at Excellent level. As with other investments from Cavatina’s portfolio, Ocean Office Park is also certified under the WELL Health-Safety Rating, creating a safe and comfortable working and service environment.

Ocean Office Park’s location at the junction of Klimeckiego and Nowohucka streets provides quick access to the city center and other parts of the city, thanks to the well-developed public transportation network near the building. In addition, Galeria Kazimierz, just a few minutes drive away, offers a wide range of services, shopping, and dining options. The location in Zabłocie also means a short distance to the main points of Kraków, i.e., the Market Square, Kazimierz, or the Kraków Główny train station.

The extraordinary architecture of the complex refers directly to the name of the project – Ocean Office Park – drawing inspiration from the ocean. The façade of the first stage of the investment is made in “double skin” technology, which increases the thermal and acoustic comfort inside the building and additionally enhances the visual appeal of the building. Overlapping layers of glass with a wavy cut line give the effect of lightness and mimic the soft curves of ocean waves. The flow of the undulations above the main entrance is emphasized by specially designed lighting.

Ocean Office Park also benefits from the latest technological solutions. Among other things, the complex will be equipped with the “Integral” system, a state-of-the-art office space management tool. This solution is to provide tenants with access to comprehensive space plans, reception registration, conference room management, and available parking spaces.
