Opus Land Development, the developer of the Cosmopolis residential project in Ștefăneștii de Jos, has a new CEO, Ozan Tuncer, who joined the company in 2012 as CFO. He has taken over the CEO position from Ahmet Buyukhanli, who remains the developer’s main shareholder.
For this year, the developer has budgeted investments of over EUR 30 million in the construction of at least 500 new apartments, but also a new strip mall and the expansion of road infrastructure.
At the end of the year, Cosmopolis will have over 5,000 homes completed, following cumulative investments of over EUR 350 million.
