The local real estate market has very good prospects, with very high development potential, amid a visible shortage of housing, and local and foreign investors are increasingly active, building entire portfolios to rent or sell, according to Beatrice Dumitrașcu, Residential CEO at United One Properties.
For this year, the company anticipates new growth, while announcing the sale of several thousand more homes this year.
“We entered this year with over 800 housing units sold, about as much as One United Properties built during the whole period when it started with the relevant projects, such as One Herăstrău Park, One Plaza and all the others. This year we have housing units for sale in nine projects of One United Properties, which totals 2,100 units, of which we have left only 340 for sale, ie about 16 percent of the total,” said Dumitrașcu.
“Three projects were completed last year, three will be completed this year, and three will be delivered next year, this year, another 2,000 – 3,000 units will appear for sale in our portfolio,” added Dumitrașcu.
