Geosan Development has just approved the land for residential construction in the village of Choťánky in the Central Bohemian Region, about 3 km east of Poděbrady, and is currently handing it over to its owners. There were a total of 108 building plots on offer, ranging in size from 650 to 1,091 square meters. Access roads were also completed.
“The project was divided into a total of four stages, but thanks to the rapid progress of construction work, we finally deliver them at the same time, although we originally planned to complete some of them in the middle of this year,” comments Jiří Baloun, Geosan Development’s head of sales and marketing. “Our clients choose different approaches when choosing a house. Some prefer self-construction, others prefer external construction companies or design studios. Customers usually bought the plots for their own housing, but part of the land was also bought for development or investment purposes: several clients will build a turnkey house and then sell the land with the house to new applicants. In other cases, the land functions as a safe deposit of funds in these uncertain times,” added Baloun.
The land is located directly in the village Choťánky in close proximity to the spa town of Poděbrady, where there are complete civic amenities: a wide range of supermarkets, shops and services, including cultural and sports facilities, is only a few minutes away. For fans of active leisure time, the Golf Club Poděbrady or the Sports Center Nymburk are ideal. There is also the Elbe Trail in the area, which will appeal especially to enthusiastic cyclists, or the Jezero swimming pool, suitable for summer relaxation. Basic needs and facilities are then available in the village Choťánky
