The retailer Profi moves its headquarters from Anchor Plaza to Băneasa Airport Tower in Bucharest, on an area three times larger. The retailer rents about 4,000 sqm of Băneasa Airport Tower, ie almost 60 percent of the building, in the place where, in the past, Banca Transilvania had an operational hub. About 900 sqm of this area will be used to set up a store on the ground floor of the office building.
Băneasa Airport Tower has a total leasable area of 6,931 sqm and is in the portfolio of the Austrian company Immofinanz.
The headquarters of the retailer Profi is in Timisoara, but the company has no plans to move its headquarters there.
