A private, bilingual KIDS&Co. kindergarten and pre-school is to open in the Quattro Business Park office complex in Kraków. The property’s owner and manager, Globalworth, has already signed a lease with the chain for an area of 400 sqm. KIDS&Co. will open in the complex in September 2022.
The opening of the new KIDS&Co. kindergarten and pre-school forms one element of a larger transformation that the Quattro Business Park office complex in the area of the Rondo Polsadu roundabout is currently undergoing. Changes are set to be made to both the visual and functional features of the complex. The internal patio between the buildings and the common areas are to be completely renovated. New amenities will also be provided, such as chargers for electric cars and scooters, while the infrastructure for cyclists is to be expanded. The entire complex will be adapted to the specifications of the ‘Buildings without Barriers’ certificate, for people with disabilities, along with those of the Well system, to confirm the highest health and well-being standards for employees. In the near future, Medicover Optician and a Medicover Stomatologia dentistry clinic (operating under its own Rytuał Uśmiechu concept) are to open in Quattro Business Park.
