Nhood Polska is expanding its agency activities in the field of commercialization and management of commercial real estate. Currently, the company provides agency services to dozens of facilities across the country and plans to expand its client portfolio. The team that offers a wide range of services for property owners is headed by Anna Ratajczak, Senior Leasing Manager at Nhood Polska.

Currently, Nhood Polska offers agency services to 28 commercial facilities belonging to the Auchan company with a total retail area of ​​over 47,000 sqm. These are shopping centers located in 24 cities throughout the country. The facilities are characterized by a good location, wide coverage zone, and high customer loyalty. The Nhood Polska team has been successfully serving these shopping centers in terms of the agency mandate since 2019.

The team of Nhood Polska specialists dedicated to agency services is headed by Anna Ratajczak, Senior Leasing Manager at Nhood Polska. Anna Ratajczak has many years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She has been associated with Nhood Polska, and previously with Ceetrus Polska, since 2016, when she joined the commercialization department. She also gained professional experience in the commercialization departments of such companies as Klepierre, IKEA and MGS Retail Services.

“Our team consists of specialists with extensive experience in the commercial real estate market, which is why we can provide our demanding clients with professional services that will relieve them in terms of cooperation with tenants conducting business in their facilities. Our offer includes developing a rental strategy for the facility, acquiring new tenants, negotiating commercial space lease agreements, ongoing tenant service, as well as technical pilot,” says Anna Ratajczak, Senior Leasing Manager at Nhood Polska.

The task of the Nhood team responsible for agency services, in addition to multifaceted cooperation with tenants, is to enrich the offer of shopping centers and strengthen their position on the market, which will positively affect the interest of new customers and increase the number of visitors.

“Working with the owner of the property, we analyze the situation of the property in detail, then we develop an optimal tenant-mix strategy and implement its assumptions. We make every effort to ensure that, if possible, in the serviced location, in addition to a large grocery operator and complementing its offer with service premises and local entrepreneurs, the tenants’ portfolio includes a large player, for example a well-known chain brand, which will strengthen the position of the shopping center on the local market,” explains Anna Ratajczak.
