In February 2022, 58,663 properties were sold nationwide, 19,153 more than in January, according to the National Agency for Cadastre and Real Estate Advertising. The number of houses, land and apartments that were the subject of transactions in February is 8,516 higher than in the similar period of 2021.
The most real estate sales were registered, in February 2022, in Bucharest – 10,918, Ilfov – 4,568 and Timiş – 3,459. The counties with the least real estate sold in the same period are Covasna – 318, Sălaj – 380 and Călăraşi – 438.
The counties where the most agricultural lands were sold in the second month of 2022 are Buzau – 747, Arad – 640 and Dolj – 600.
