Chandler International is preparing to build a 15-story residential tower in the parking lot of the Floreasca Cube office building in front of Promenada Mall, Bucharest. This is the investor’s first such project. The land area is about 4,000 sqm.
In 2014, the company completed its first real estate investment in the Floreasca Cube office building, with an area of 5,000 sqm.
Chandler International also wants to develop a residential complex with 270 apartments on a plot of land of about 4,600 sqm located near the Sun Plaza mall in southern Bucharest. The company’s plans also include an ensemble of 100 villas in the north of Bucharest.
