The businessman Ion Țiriac is preparing the necessary documents for the construction of a swimming complex with an olympic pool with a capacity of 790 seats that will be located right next to the Allianz-Țiriac Arena skating rink in Otopeni.
The project consists of the construction of a building with an area of about 6,700 sqm. The investment will be made on a land with an area of almost 1 hectare owned by Ion Țiriac.
The businessman is in the process of authorizing another project, which aims to build an exhibition pavilion dedicated to children, which will be located next to his Țiriac Collection vintage car gallery in Otopeni. The company’s latest project is the Țiriac Tower office tower, in the Victoriei Square area, an investment of about EUR 30 million.
