Poland is in favor of the express path of Ukraine’s membership in the European Union, and the candidate status should be granted immediately, President Andrzej Duda informed.
“Poland is in favor of the express path of Ukraine’s membership in the European Union. Candidate status should be granted immediately, and membership talks should begin immediately after that,” Duda wrote on his Twitter profile.
“Ukraine is also to have access to EU funds for reconstruction. Ukraine deserves it,” he added.
