Due to the increase in the number of people of Ukrainian nationality crossing the border with Poland, the minister of health introduced the possibility of vaccinating foreigners of Ukrainian nationality as part of the National Vaccination Program against COVID-19, the ministry announced.
Vaccinations are possible from today.
The condition for acquiring the right to vaccination is to have a document confirming identity (including: ID card, passport and temporary identity certificate of the foreigner – TZTC), it was announced
Vaccine Janssen J&J single-dose vaccine is recommended for people over 18 years of age. It is also possible to use other preparations available under the National COVID-19 Immunization Program.
In the case of persons under 18 years of age who qualify for vaccination, mRNA vaccines should be used. If vaccination is continued, it should be carried out in accordance with the rules of the National Immunization Program.
The pre-vaccination COVID-19 pre-screening questionnaire to be completed by the person being vaccinated is available in Ukrainian and will be forwarded to the vaccination centers. In addition, it will be made available on the website https://pacjent.gov.pl/
The questionnaire is available to both adults and children.
