The InPost Mobile app has over 9.3 million users

The InPost Mobile application – according to Mediapanel Gemius research – has over 9.3 million users and is the second most popular e-commerce mobile application in Poland, the company said. Via InPost Mobile, you can send and receive parcels at Parcel Lockers, as well as use additional services – such as quick returns, extension of the date of collection of parcels from a Parcel Locker or the Facilitated Access Zone.

As many as 9.3 million of our customers is the best proof of our continuous work on introducing new services and improving their use in the application. is appreciated by users. I can confidently say that neither in Poland nor in Europe, no one in the logistics industry has such a convenient and tailored to customer needs tool for managing relations and communication with the customer. InPost is a delivery platform for e-commerce. Established in 1999 by Rafał Brzoska in Poland, InPost has a network of parcel lockers in Poland, Great Britain and Italy, and also provides courier and fullfilment services for e-commerce sellers in Poland. In 2020, InPost handled 249 million parcels via Paczkomaty, cooperating with over 26,000 e-sellers. In January 2021, InPost made its debut on the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange.
