Businessman Cătălin Iordăchescu, owner of the Tezaur pawnshop network and one of the largest owners of street commercial spaces in the country, has partnered with real estate investor Daniel Șoldea in order to develop a block of luxury apartments in the Pipera neighborhood of Bucharest.
The two investors own a plot of land of about 2,000 sqm on which they intend to build a 4-storey block of flats, with an area of almost 4,000 sqm.
“We hope to start the works by the beginning of September, depending on the issuance of the building permit. If the suspension of the Zonal Urban Plans is not extended, a maximum of 50 luxury apartments will be built on this land. The budget is between EUR 3.5 and 4 million “, said Daniel Soldea.
