Bouygues Immobilier Polska delivered 1,200 apartments with a total value of PLN 520 million in 2021, the developer announced.
“Warsaw, Wrocław, Poznań and as many as 1,200 apartments handed over to new tenants in seven investments. Bouygues Immobilier, a French developer, ended 2021 with record results and 100% implementation of sales plans. We used the last year as best we could and now We can see the results. We have achieved all the assumed goals and we can boast of a record number of completed apartments. It was a really very good year. However, we are not resting on our laurels, but we are working on and implementing new projects,” said CEO Pierre-Vincent Pasquet.
Last year, Bouygues Immobilier Polska commissioned seven investments in Warsaw, Wrocław and Poznań. These include: Forêt, Villa de Charme, Orso, Wileńska Express, Vitalité, Zajezdnia Wrocław and Soleil de Malta.
2021 is not only completed investments, but also the announcement of new ones, including the modern and elegant Novélia Bemowo with 89 apartments in Warsaw, the four-story Le Vert building in Wrocław’s Pilczyce, or the representative Vilda Moderne, investment from the premium segment with 129 apartments. Bouygues Immobilier Polska also made its debut in the Tri-City, where it announced a new investment. Near the port basin, the developer will build 77 comfortable apartments with gardens, balconies and spacious terraces on the top floors, the company further announced.
In the coming months, the developer intends to implement further investment projects in Warsaw, Wrocław and Poznań, it has been announced.
“We have 66 years of experience behind us. We know how to remain stable mainly thanks to our strategy, but also the projects that we have in our land bank. In 2022 we will constantly increase the number of apartments sold,” added Pasquet.
