Colliers advised Bosch Termotechnika s.r.o., a leading international manufacturer of heating and hot water heating equipment, in the sale of its industrial manufacturing facility in Město Albrechtice, located in the Moravian-Silesian region close to the Polish border.
Colliers Czech Republic, a leading diversified professional services and investment management company, advised the vendor, Bosch Termotechnika s.r.o., in the sale of its equipped manufacturing facility in Město Albrechtice to ISMM Production and Business Cooperation s.r.o., a Czech manufacturing company supplying the leading manufacturers of agricultural machinery, handling equipment and automotive fields in over 10 EU countries.

The property comprises a 14,000 sqm self-contained facility with 15 manufacturing, storage and ancillary buildings located on a 4-hectare plot that was used in the past for the industrial manufacturing of hot water boilers including small components and electronics. At its peak, the facility employed over 400 people.
