Businessman Ali Madadi, the owner of the Rădăcini Motors car dealership, is preparing the necessary documents for the demolition of the Opel showroom near the Plaza Romania mall, in Sector 6 of the Capital, to make space for a new Mega Image supermarket.
The land on Timișoara Boulevard, no. 18 has about 5,300 sqm, and the building to be demolished has a built area of about 1,800 sqm.
On this land, Mega Image will build its own supermarket, where it will be a tenant.
The construction of a building similar in size to the demolished one would result in one of the largest Mega Image supermarkets in the country.
