The d.i.i. Group has acquired a total of 387 apartments in Hamburg. The properties are located in the districts of Horn and Eppendorf/Lokstedt.
The buildings in Horn, erected in 1937, have a total rental area of approx. 5,950 sqm, which is divided into 134 apartments with a size between 40 and 45 sqm. The vacancy rate is only two percent. The properties are in a central location and offer a variety of shopping and leisure opportunities within walking distance. The underground stations “Horner Rennbahn” and “Legienstraße” as well as various bus stops are in the immediate vicinity.
The buildings in Hamburg’s Eppendorf/Lokstedt district were built in 1977 and have a total rental area of around 13,740 sqm. The total of 253 residential units are between 41 and 85 sqm. In the immediate vicinity there are various shopping and leisure facilities as well as bus stops.
